Rotary Cutter designed and manufactured to cut thick plastic trim. The machine works by utilizing a heavy duty blade which is mounted on a shaft which rotates the blade around the cut off the material.
The rotary cutter is controlled by and operator screen mounted to the machine. On the screen, operator's can set the cut length which will control the speed of the rotor or vise versa.
Our machine is designed to handle two streams at once for maximum productivity. The rotary cutter is designed to handle trims up to 20" wide by 0.2" thick. A conveyor mounted underneath moves the material away from the machine so it easily managed in once place.
