Our Cut-Off Press is based around a servo motor design to cut-off the vinyl into set lengths. The press accelerates along rails to match the line speed to ensure a clean cut every time at high speed and the servo motor ensure reliability with no extra lines.
We design and manufacture our cut-off dies in house to be quickly loaded and unloaded from the cut-off press to minimize downtime and operator involvement. The blades are made from heat treated tool steel to maximize tool life.
As standard, we offer an operator pedestal with screen to easily adjust the speed of the machine.
The height of the machine is adjustable using the feet to match the line height.
The chute direction and location can be modified to meet a line's needs to ensure convenience.
