We create custom machined parts according to engineering blueprints. We are capable of holding very tight tolerances and are capable of setting up for limited production runs. We offer CNC and Manual Milling, CNC and Manual Turning, Wire and Ram EDM, and Surface Grinding services.
We have extensive experience in prototypes, dies, and molds in material from aluminum, to hardened tool steels, to stainless, to titanium. All of the materials used are of high quality to ensure a superior part.
We have a large range of CNC milling machines for machining up to 360" x 12". We have a range of CNC Lathes including Mill-Turns with bar feeders and two large manual lathes for larger workpieces.
