Milling
We use a combination of CNC and Manual Milling machines up to 360" x 72".
grinding
We have 3 surface grinders with a size up to 14"x72", a 34" blanchard grinder, and a detail grinder.
Turning
We use a combination of CNC and manual lathes up to 36"x120".
Fabrication
For welding we use both TIG and MIG with stainless and aluminum capability. We also have two large shears and a brake press.
Measurements
To ensure precise measurements we have a Mitutoyo 40" x 60" CNC Controlled CMM, a 30" J&L Comparator, and a small parts OASIS system for limited production capabilities.
Processing
For finishing applications we have our own black oxide tanks, bead blaster, sand blaster, and a professional grade paint booth. We also have a smaller heat treat oven for quick turn around.
We first opened our doors in 1980 and started out specializing in the vinyl extrusion industry and have since became the industry leader and expanded into a 28,000ft2 facility. We now also utilize our knowledge and experience to design and create specialized machinery and tooling for a wide range of applications. We have a global reach and frequently ship outside of the U.S.
