BG Machine Inc.'s workforce consists of highly trained and motivated employees who create high quality tooling and equipment with the aid of modern computers and machinery. Below is a list of the machinery in our shop that allows us to design and manufacture our product line:

8- 4-axis wire EDM machines
1- CNC Ram EDM machine
8- CNC milling machines that go up to 32’(384”) in travel
2- CNC lathe with maximum capacity of 17” diameter x 60” long
6- Manual knee mills with digital read-outs
4- Manual lathes, 2 with digital read-outs
3- Surface grinders, the largest traveling 14” wide x 72” in length
